| Is There Any Application Fee? |
| |
At current, there are no apllication fee for Ordinary Member application. You will automatically become our Prestige Member once you signed up an interior design deal with Plush Living Design Pte Ltd. Plush Living Interior Design Pte Ltd reserves the right to review the participating fee. |

| How Do I Use My Plush Card? |
| |
You have to present the Plush Living Card at our participating merchants before purchase. |
| |
|
| When Will My Plush Card Expire? |
| |
Your Plush Living (Ordinary Member) Card will expire in one (1) year from date of issue Your Plush Living (Prestige Member) Card will valid for lifetime. |

| What Happens When My Plush Card Is Lost Or Damaged? |
| |
If your card is lost or damaged, please call Plush Living Customer Service Hotline (6853 3753) immediately to deactivate your card. Then we will arrange for an replacement for you. For lost cards, a replacement fee of $5 will be charged. If your Plush Card is damaged, we will replace your card without charge. |

| Can I Transfer My Plush Card Privileges To Others? |
| |
Yes, you may transfer the Plush Card Privileges to your friends & relatives. They must produced the card prior using the privileges. |

| Can I Have More Than One Plush Card? |
| |
The Plush Card membership number is unique to every applicant. Hence every applicant can apply for only one card. |
